A fragile thought upon the brain
A thought not thought before
Awaits a mind to stake a claim
A dream and nothing more
Imagination feeds the seed
Ideas take wing and soar
Spreading quickly like a weed
The mind cannot ignore
It sends the thought down to the hands
The hands bare it to pen
The voice gives voice as thought expands
And sows the seed again
Soon that thought is something new
And new things follow tow
That one small card the dreamer drew
Made large for all to know
A fragile dream upon the brain
A dream worth fighting for
A daring mind dared stake a claim
And made it something more

to sit down and listen to children. Their ideas
and thoughts are brushed off as childish nonsense,
